Elise Cutter, CEO of Island Health, will present the first quarterly update of the year. This briefing comes on the heels of successful work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to deem the Island Primary Care – Orcas clinic eligible for optimal reimbursement as a Rural Health Center.
